Fun ways to burn some calories :)

Not everyone loves working up a sweat in the gym, so I compiled a list of ways to get your daily exercise, that you will actually have fun doing:

  1. Have a crazy dance competition with yourself in the mirror and get faster and crazier as you try to beat your own reflection. [I recommend only doing this when you have the house to yourself]
  2. Go for a run and pretend it’s a zombie apocalypse and you are trying to locate fellow survivors while running from the zombies.
  3. Watch a film so hilarious that you obtain a glorious 6-pack from laughter. [erm this one may not work so well, but worth a try!]
  4. Organise a game of ‘tag’ or ‘stuck in the mud’ with your friends, just like when you were kids.
  5. Walk a dog
  6. Make up and learn an awesome dance routine, and practice it daily. Amaze people at parties, get more sexy time.
  7. Have a phone call with your friend and do squats or lunges until they notice your voice sounds funny [from going up and down/ getting out of breath] - see how long it takes!
  8. Have a waterfight with friends, or if the weather isn’t great; go swimming in an indoor pool.
  9. Try a new sport - such as rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.
  10. Go shopping for clothes for your sexy figure!

Exercise shouldn’t be something you dread, so have fun and make it regular
